How To Get Masks In Enotria: The Last Song

Enotria: The Last Song allows the Maskless One to assume the role of any boss, enemy, or NPC by wearing their Mask. This drastically changes the appearance of the Maskless One and provides unique bonuses. Alongside the passive effect, you also receive different buffs on Awakening, depending on the Mask that you’re currently wearing.

Due to the huge variety of Masks available in the game, you have to pick one that suits your playstyle, but collecting these Masks is a challenge on its own since some of them are fairly easy to acquire, while others require excessive effort.

How To Get More Masks

Masks are made out of Mask Shards; there are different enemies throughout the game that drop Mask Shards, allowing you to obtain their Masks. Anytime you defeat an enemy and receive Mask Shards as a reward, it means that you will be able to acquire their Mask and assume their role.

Once you have collected enough Mask Shards, you will automatically receive the corresponding Mask. However, different Masks have different requirements for the amount of Mask Shards required to forge them.

You can check how many Mask Shards you have already obtained and how many are required to complete the Mask by going to the
Key Items section in your inventory
.

For example, the Gardener’s Mask requires 100 shards, but the Lumberjack Mask can only be acquired after you have collected 200 Lumberjack Mask Shards. You will have to repeatedly kill these enemies to collect enough shards, which can take a long time.

However, the Masks of bosses are fairly easy to acquire. Some bosses drop their Masks right away on defeat, while others require you to kill additional enemies to obtain additional Mask Shards.

After you have obtained a Mask, you can rest at a Reality Knot to equip it in your Loadout. Doing so will grant you different passive effects depending on the Mask that you have equipped.

Additionally, landing a Finishing Attack on an Unraveled enemy will allow you to Awaken. In the Awakened State, you will get different buffs depending on the Mask that you are currently wearing.
