After extensive experimentation, we’ve created ten powerful builds that are sure to impress. We’ve got PvE and PvP builds for all subclass elements, utilizing everything from subclass keywords to Armor Charge effects. Each build is quite lengthy, so use the table of contents above to find any build that interests you.
Foreword
Before we dive into the world of buildcrafting, it’s important you understand the essentials of making a build. We use quite a few terms for mods, subclass keywords, and other effects in this guide. If you aren’t entirely sure how any of these effects work, the guides below break down how core buildcrafting systems work in Destiny 2:
Updated July 13, 2023, by Charles Burgar: Titans received some massive Exotic armor buffs in Season of the Deep, greatly expanding buildcrafting choices for both PvE and PvP. Some new armor mods have also greatly buffed some of our builds. As a result, we’ve updated all ten of our build guides with up-to-date Aspects, Fragments, armor mods, and Artifact perks available in Season of the Deep. We’ve also overhauled our PvE Void Titan build to use the recently-buffed No Backup Plans Exotic.

Dominate any PvP lobby with this powerful Striker build. We’ll be enabling an aggressive playstyle through the Striker subclass and Peacekeeper Exotic boots. You’ll have SMGs with max handling, run faster than normal, and have access to arguably the strongest neutral game kit out of any PvP build in Destiny 2.

Striker is the ultimate subclass for aggressive Titan mains. You’ll have access to devastating grenades, powerful melee attacks, and a great one-and-done Super. We’ll cover Aspect and Fragment choices in the next section. This build will be using Peacekeepers to make your SMGs absurdly strong. You’ll gain an increase in sprint speed, slide distance, SMG handling, airborne effectiveness, and auto-reload your SMGs when they’re holstered. The aggressive plays you can pull off with Peacekeepers cannot be understated.
Use your favorite SMG. Some good picks include The Immortal, Tarrabah, Shayura’s Wrath, and the IKELOS SMG. Other weapons in your loadout are down to preference.

This build uses Storm Grenades, Seismic Strike, Towering Barricades, and the Thundercrash Super. Storm Grenades track targets and deal absurd damage with this build, and Seismic Strike doubles as a powerful melee and gap-closer. Towering Barricades provide a ton of utility, but feel free to use Thruster instead. Finally, we use Thundercrash to shut down other Supers and to get easy multikills. It also charges faster than Fists of Havoc. Lightning Grenades are also an option if you don’t like Storm Grenades.
Aspects include Touch of Thunder and Knockout. Touch of Thunder makes your Storm Grenades miniature Squall tornados, tracking targets while releasing lightning bolts that deal great damage. Use this to destroy Titan Barricades or kill Warlocks inside a Healing Rift. Knockout gives you a melee damage buff for breaking a Guardian’s shield, allowing you to easily kill someone with Seismic Strike.
Fragments assist with ability uptime and our neutral game. Recharge is S-tier for PvP, granting grenade and melee energy when your shields break. Magnitude makes your Storm Grenades last longer, increasing their overall damage output. Feedback makes melee trading a thing of the past, allowing you to one-tap someone with Knockout and this Fragment active. The final Fragment slot is up to you. We recommend using Volts for the Recovery stat bonus, but feel free to use any Fragment that suits your playstyle.

Our goal is to enhance our neutral game through weapon-enhancing mods. Those are down to preference, so our main recommendations are Reaper and Bomber. Reaper will spawn an Orb of Power on your next weapon kill after using your class ability. Using your class ability will grant grenade energy thanks to Bomber. Grabbing that orb will heal you through Recuperation and Better Already. The rest of our mods focus on buffing our weapons. We use Strand mods since The Immortal is our SMG of choice, but feel free to adjust these mods to suit your loadout.
Season of the Deep’s Artifact has some great Arc passives we can use. We grab Amped Up to extend the duration of Amplified to 20 seconds, now granting us DR thanks to Electric Armor. Shock and Awe creates a Jolting explosion when you land Arc kills while Amplified, and Lightning Strikes Twice helps recharge your grenades more quickly.
For other perks, mod discounts are always worth taking for general modding flexibility.

Embrace the explosive nature of Sunbreaker with this melee-oriented PvP build. This build uses Peregrine Greaves to buff Hammer Strike, a shoulder charge melee that can one-tap enemies while you’re airborne. This kill will trigger an Ignition and spawn three different buffs: Sunspots, Firesprites, and Orbs of Power.
All three buffs work together to make your Titan practically unkillable. Melee a target to gain bonus damage, Restoration, and tons of ability energy to repeat the process. And for those moments where your abilities are on cooldown, you’ll have a slug shotgun that will one-tap any Guardian that stands in your way. If you want a fun 6v6 build, look no further.

Sunbreaker has everything you need in a PvP spec. Sunspots, Restoration, and powerful abilities are all available in this kit. We use Peregrine Greaves to buff our Hammer Strike melee to one-shot enemy Guardians, allowing us to easily spawn Sunspots, Firesprites, and Orbs of Power.
As for weapons, you can’t go wrong with a Swashbuckler Shotgun, preferably a slug with Pugilist. Heritage and No Reprieve fit the bill perfectly. Get a Hammer Strike kill to proc Swashbuckler, causing your slug Shotgun to one-shot Guardians anywhere in the body. Pugilist will refund 20% melee energy per kill, greatly improving Hammer Strike’s uptime.

This build uses Healing Grenades, Hammer Strike, and the Hammer of Sol Super. Healing Grenades are useful for quickly getting our health back after a duel. Hammer Strike is the core of this build, instantly killing enemies on contact while you’re in the air. Remember to jump before using your melee ability to ensure it one-shots. The Super and Barricade abilities are up to you. We use Hammer of Sol and Towering Barricade, respectively.
Aspects include Sol Invictus and Roaring Flames. Sol Invictus spawns Sunspots whenever Hammer Strike lands a kill. Standing in this Sunspot grants x1 Restoration and 50% increased ability regeneration for five seconds. Roaring Flames buffs ability damage and makes your uncharged melee punches inflict Scorch, allowing them to trigger some of our Fragments.
Fragments focus on buffing your ability uptime. Ember of Torches gives Radiant whenever you land a Hammer Strike melee, increasing your weapon damage by 10% for a few seconds. Ember of Searing is amazing for this build, spawning a Firesprite and restoring 10% melee energy whenever you kill a Scorched enemy. Hammer Strike technically Scorches the target before they die, so this triggers after every charged melee kill.
The final two Fragments are up to you. We use Eruption and Char for their stat buffs, although both Fragments cause your Hammer Strike Ignites to spread Scorch in a massive area. Killing these enemies will trigger Searing, granting even more melee energy.

This mod configuration is all about getting your melee back quickly. We use Melee Kickstart to get a chunk of melee energy back from using Hammer Strike, increased further if you have Armor Charge. This kill will spawn an Orb of Power through Heavy Handed, and that orb will grant a ton of melee energy through Invigoration and Absolution. Part of your grenade will also be refunded through Impact Induction and the Firesprite generated through Ember of Searing.
Beyond that, we use Reaper and Siphon Mods to add more orb-generating options to the build. Outreach and Bomber grant some melee and grenade energy when you cast your Barricade, and Recuperation gives you a chunk of health when you grab an orb. The rest of your mods should focus on buffing your Primary weapon.
No Solar perks exist in this season’s Artifact, so we recommend grabbing mod discounts for loadout flexibility. Your remaining perks should focus on buffing other builds you enjoy playing.

Support Titan builds typically revolve around placing the Ward of Dawn Super. These builds are typically focused around PvE, but not this one. Thanks to the Precious Scars Exotic, you can play as a major support to your team by providing a massive overshield by reviving your allies.
To further amplify the support aspect, this build uses the Sentinel subclass to give yourself and allies overshields. You’ll be able to stay in the fight longer with overshields and Precious Scar’s perk, turn 2v3 scenarios around with a single revive, and lockdown areas with Ward of Dawn. It’s a great build for all Crucible modes and is S-tier for Rift.

Sentinel (Void) is great for PvP. Shield Bash is a great movement and offensive tool, while your Barricade now grants overshields to yourself and allies. This gives you great grenade regeneration, pairing nicely with Suppressor Grenades. Precious Scars is what we’ll be using. It heals you after a weapon kill, provided the elemental type matches your subclass (in this case, Void). More importantly, reviving a downed teammate or being revived yourself will effectively turn you into a mobile Well of Radiance, granting everyone a massive overshield for a few seconds. This completely flips an engagement into your team’s favor, a situation where enemies typically rush you.
Traveler’s Chosen can match your Void element after you throw a grenade, and it is a fantastic close-range weapon for shutting down aggressive players. If you don’t like Sidearms, feel free to use whatever you’re comfortable with; you don’t need Traveler’s Chosen for this build to work.

This build uses Suppressor Grenades, Shield Bash, Towering Barricade, and the Ward of Dawn Super. This loadout is focused on giving you as much flexibility as possible, giving you methods of countering Supers without compromising on your neutral game.
Aspects are what you’d expect from a Sentinel build, utilizing Offensive Bulwark and Bastion to maximize your overshield uptime. Having an overshield will help reduce your grenade cooldowns and give you an edge in 1v1 Primary duels.
Fragments buff your neutral game at the cost of stats. Starvation gives you access to Devour, refilling your HP and granting grenade energy with every kill. Persistence makes Devour and Void Overshields last longer, and Vigilance gives you a free Void Overshield after winning a duel. The final Fragment is up to you. We prefer Leeching for its Resilience boost.

Armor mods focus on your general neutral game and ability uptime. We mainly use Reaper, Firepower, and Siphon Mods to spawn Orbs of Power by getting kills under certain conditions. Each orb will heal you and grant a ton of ability energy through our leg mods. Casting your Barricade will also recover some grenade energy through Bomber mods on our class item. Grenade damage will then give some Barricade energy through Bolstering Detonation, creating a loop. The rest of your mods should focus on buffing your Primary weapon.
This build greatly benefits from this season’s Artifact perks. Unto the Breach allows you to spawn a Void Breach upon defeating a Void-debuffed target. Protective Breach will then grant a Void Overshield upon grabbing any Void Breach. This will also load a Weakening pulse on your next source of Void damage thanks to Supernova.
Some other good perks include mod discounts and Conductive Cosmic Needle.

Most Destiny 2 PvP duels occur at close range, biasing SMGs and Sidearms for their fast TTK values. This build flips those engagements in your favor thanks to the power of ACD/0 Feedback Fence. With the use of Strand’s excellent movement options and your trusty Glaive, you force enemies into melee duels that you will always win.
Force enemies into uncomfortable fights through the use of your Barricade’s Suspend wave, your Grapple melee, or your Frenzied Blade. Multiple ways of generating Orbs of Power will let you proc Woven Mail for constant DR and fast melee cooldowns, allowing you to use Frenzied Blade more often as a movement tool or a way to two-tap enemy players. Best of all, the close-range nature of this build makes any Aggressive Glaive with Enhanced Surrounded one-shot players, giving you a powerhouse of a Special weapon to use when your melee charges are on cooldown.

Berserker has access to multiple utility effects that make battlefield control quite easy. Grapple is great for flanking enemies, Barricades launch suspending projectiles, and Frenzied Blade is great for damaging targets or quickly dodging. We use ACD/0 Feedback Fence to release explosions when we get hit with a melee attack, scaling with melee attacks we’ve performed beforehand. Frenzied Blade, Grapple’s melee attack, and Glaives all build up stacks of this buff.
Glaives are highly recommended for this build. They build stacks of Feedback Fence and can block incoming damage through their shield. We highly recommend using Judgment of Kelgoroth with Enhanced Surrounded if you can craft it, as this combo lets your Glaive one-tap Guardians at any Resilience tier if you’re surrounded. You can pair the Glaive with a Strand Primary for moments where getting in melee range isn’t feasible.

This build uses Grapple, Frenzied Blade, and Towering Barricade. Grapple is fantastic for quickly repositioning, allowing you to easily get in melee range or retreat to regenerate your HP. Frenzied Blade is a solid melee ability with three charges, capable of killing a Guardian with two charges. Towering Barricade is used for its defensive properties, blocking incoming fire and suspending any enemies caught in front of the shield.
Aspects include Into the Fray and Drengr’s Lash. Into the Fray allows you to get Woven Mail by destroying Tangles you generate. The real benefit is getting Frenzied Blade much faster while Woven Mail is active, something we’ll trigger through Orbs of Power via Fragments. Drengr’s Lash gives your Barricade a Strand projectile it launches on creating, inflicting Suspend on anyone hit. This makes your Barricade a great ability for CCing a group of players before you get into melee range.
Fragments for this build focus on general ability uptime. Thread of Generation is used to help speed up your Grapple’s otherwise lengthy cooldown. Thread of Mind helps refund Barricade energy from killing targets suspended by your Barricade’s Strand wave. Thread of Warding grants Woven Mail for grabbing Orbs of Power, and Thread of Ascent grants a plethora of buffs for casting Grapple. If you’re struggling with armor stats, you can drop Thread of Mind for Binding.
Casting Grapple and immediately canceling the animation will refund 50% of your grenade energy and trigger Thread of Ascent. This is great if you need to quickly reload your weapon.

This mod setup focuses on getting your grenade back quickly and spawning Orbs of Power. Since Woven Mail greatly increases our melee regeneration speed, we’ll be using Reaper, Heavy Handed, and Harmonic Siphon to spawn Orbs of Power from just about everything we do. These Orbs of Power will grant Woven Mail, heal you through Recuperation and Better Already, and grant grenade energy through Innervation.
We also use two Bomber mods to gain some grenade energy from casting our Barricade. Finally, we use Impact Induction and Grenade Kickstart to further reduce Grapple’s lengthy cooldown. Paired with Thread of Generation, you should have your grenade up when it’s needed. Melee charges shouldn’t be an issue if you can pick up the occasional Orb of Power and have 100 Strength. The rest of your mods should focus on buffing your Primary weapon or Glaive. Glaive users should consider using Lucent Blades to gain more shield energy from projectile hits.
Some of this season’s Artifact passives are quite useful. Improved Unraveling buffs the damage dealt by Unraveling a target. You’ll be able to Unravel targets through Strand Soldier, granting your Strand weapons Unraveling Rounds whenever you gain Woven Mail. Finally, we take mod discounts for greater build flexibility.

Behemoth’s identity has shifted from an unstoppable force to more of an immovable object. This spec is much more focused on playing defensive now, using the power of Stasis crystals to shut down aggressive players.
This build takes the defensive nature of the Behemoth to the extreme, utilizing Witch Queen’s Hoarfrost-Z Exotic, Whisper of Rime, and Whisper of Chains Fragments to give yourself an immense amount of health. Enemies will have difficulty piercing your overshield, Stasis crystals, and your Titan Barricades. If you’re a more defensive player that needs a good build for Competitive and Trials, this is it.

Behemoth is your subclass, granting you a wide selection of Aspects and Fragments to choose from. Use Rallying Barricade and Glacier Grenades to give yourself as many defensive options as possible. We’ll cover Aspects and Fragments in the next section.
Hoarfrost-Z is incredible, converting your Barricades into Glacier Grenade walls that grant additional benefits. Not only do you get the benefits of Rallying Barricade with this Exotic, but you also get to spawn what’s effectively a Glacier Grenade every dozen seconds or so, synergizing nicely with this build’s Stasis Aspects and Fragments.
While this seems strange, we highly recommend using Cerberus+1 with this build. This weapon is effectively a full-auto shotgun with infinite ammo, making it easy to break your Stasis crystals when you need to generate ability energy or heal.

This build uses Glacial Grenades, Shiver Strike, Rallying Barricade, and the Glacial Quake Super. Thanks to our subclass configuration and Exotic, every ability you have spawns Stasis Crystals. Glacier Grenades spawn crystals, Howl of the Storm’s slide melee spawns crystals, and your Barricade spawns crystals thanks to Hoarfrost-Z. This enables some powerful synergies through our Aspects and Fragments.
Aspects for this build include Tectonic Harvest and Howl of the Storm. Howl of the Storm gives you a slide melee that instantly freezes targets and spawns five Stasis Crystals, making this perfect for shutting down rushers or creating some cover. Tectonic Harvest makes it so breaking any Stasis Crystal will spawn Stasis Shards, small icicles that grant 10% melee energy for you and allies. Since you can spawn 15 crystals whenever you want, you can effectively spam Howl of the Storm.
Fragments greatly buff your ability uptime and survivability. Whisper of Rime causes your Stasis Shards to heal you and, if at full shields, provide overshields. Whisper of Chains then furthers this boost to your survivability by granting a 7.5% DR buff when you’re standing next to a Stasis Crystal, something you’ll be doing quite often. Whisper of Shards makes your grenade recharge faster from breaking a Stasis Crystal, and Conduction makes the Stasis Shards gravitate to your location for easier collection. Feel free to replace Conduction with a different Fragment if you don’t care about stat bonuses.

This build already has great ability uptime through Stasis Shards and Whisper of Shards, but we can further improve our ability cooldowns through armor mods. Double Bomber grants grenade energy from using your Barricade. Grenade Kickstart gives a chunk of grenade energy for casting Glacier Grenade as well. Stasis doesn’t play nice with orb-generating mods like Firepower and Heavy Handed, so we’ll be using Elemental Charge and Stacks on Stacks instead to gain Armor Charge from picking up Stasis Shards.
Beyond that, we’re using Reaper and Kinetic Siphon to spawn Orbs of Power. The rest of our mods focus on buffing Cerberus+1 and are not required. Feel free to replace any Kinetic mods with whatever Primary you plan on using.
No Artifact perks are required for this build to function. Spec for mod discounts for greater build flexibility.

Synthoceps grant a 200% melee damage buff for ten seconds whenever you become surrounded. This affects your uncharged melee, Throwing Hammer, and Consecration attack. While active, your Consecration can one-shot Champions in endgame content if they’re grouped up with other enemies. If they survive, they’ll be on the verge of death and should be open to finishers.
Any weapon works with this build, so use whatever you’re most comfortable with. Tractor Cannon, Traveler’s Chosen, and One-Two Punch Shotguns have some clear synergy with this build, but none of those weapons are necessary.

This build uses Healing Grenades, Throwing Hammer, Rally Barricade, and the Hammer of Sol Super. Throwing Hammer is a great pick for triggering Ember of Torches while dealing fantastic damage against tougher foes. Healing Grenade is used to snapshot its x1 Restoration buff. Once buffed, we kill targets with Solar abilities and weapons to extend its duration through Ember of Empyrean, allowing us to drop Sol Invictus for another Aspect. If you’re using Sol Invictus over Consecration, swap to any grenade you like using.
Aspects for this build include Consecration and Roaring Flames. Consecration is a slide melee attack that releases a wave of flames that Scorch targets. Use your melee again to slam the ground, Igniting any targets you Scorched. The damage on its own isn’t great, but we can buff the Ignite damage through Synthoceps and the Roaring Flames Aspect, providing a 20% damage buff for each Solar ability kill we get. This stacks up to three times.
More importantly, Roaring Flames allows our uncharged melees to Scorch targets. This counts as a melee ability for the purposes of Fragments and armor mods, making it extremely easy to spawn Orbs of Power. If you don’t like Consecration and just want a good neutral game setup, feel free to drop Consecration for Sol Invictus.
Fragments grant you infinite ability uptime. Torches gives you a 25% damage buff for using Throwing Hammer or Consecration. Searing is how we’ll be getting Consecration back. Killing Scorched targets will grant 10% melee energy, triggering from Consecration kills and default punches while Roaring Flames is active. Empyrean lets us extend the Restoration buff from Healing Grenade by landing Throwing Hammer, Consecration, and uncharged melee kills.
Finally, we use Char to spread Scorch from Consecration Ignitions, allowing you to chain Ignite explosions if enough enemies are tagged by Consecration, also triggering Searing’s melee energy. If you want bigger Ignites over the occasional chain reaction, swap Char for Ember of Eruption.

This is a typical melee-focused armor configuration. We use Heavy Handed to spawn an Orb of Power after every melee kill, including uncharged punches while Roaring Flames is active. This will also proc Impact Induction, giving you some grenade energy. That orb will provide ability energy and HP through Absolution, Invigoration, and Recuperation. Feel free to drop Absolution for a scavenger mod if you need ammo.
The uppercut portion of Consecration does not drain Armor Charge. Use this to quickly kill fodder enemies without consuming your charges.
Since you’ll be spawning so many Orbs of Power, we can use Melee Kickstart and two Charged Up mods to refund nearly 50% of your melee energy when using Consecration. We also convert our Armor Charge stacks into ammo through Special Finisher for moments where punching an enemy to death doesn’t cut it.
There are no Solar mods in the seasonal Artifact, so you’ll want to focus on mod discounts and perks that bias other builds you use.

Become a walking whirlwind of explosions with this Sentinel build. Using the power of No Backup Plans and Armor Charge mods, you can create a Titan that has short ability cooldowns, inflicts Volatile on every enemy in sight, has a permanent Void Overshield, all while buffing your Shotguns with a massive damage buff. It isn’t a meta build for GM Nightfalls or Master raids, but if you’re looking for a fun Titan build to farm Lost Sectors or Terminal Override with, this is a great build to try.

Sentinel gives you access to a fantastic Super: Ward of Dawn. This bubble grants a 25% damage boost for a long duration and keeps you alive during tough encounters. You also have a good defensive melee attack and grenades. If you’re playing harder PvE content, consider using Sentinel Shield instead to protect your allies while on the move, granting them a 40% damage buff while doing so.
No Backup Plans received a large buff in Season of the Deep. It now grants Void Overshields on Shotgun multikills, tougher foes instantly charging your overshield. While this overshield is active, your Shotguns gain a whopping 35% damage buff and a large reload speed bonus.
For weapons, bring your favorite Shotgun and Void weapons. Some good options include Conditional Finality, Fourth Horseman, Legend of Acrius, and Slug Shotguns. For Void weapons, we highly recommend using a Void Machine Gun—Retrofit Escapade is ideal.

This build uses Vortex Grenades, Shield Bash, Rally Barricade, and the Ward of Dawn Super. Vortex Grenades do everything in this build, clumping up targets while dealing great DPS. Shield Bash is a solid way to build Void Overshields but feel free to use Shield Throw instead. We run Rally Barricade since it has a shorter cooldown than Towering Barricade.
Aspects include Controlled Demolition and Offensive Bulwark. Controlled Demolition infuses your abilities with Volatile, even letting your Volatile explosions spread the debuff to nearby foes. We then use Offensive Bulwark to greatly buff our melee damage and grenade cooldowns while we have an overshield, something we gain from No Backup Plans and our melee ability.
Fragments are standard for a Void build. Starvation gives you a source of Devour, and Instability gives you Volatile Rounds on occasion. Persistence is handy for extending the duration of Devour, and Undermining buffs your grenades even further by giving them Weaken.

We focus on building around our grenade with this armor configuration. Grenade Kickstart will help recharge your Vortex Grenade quickly. To get Armor Charge stacks for that mod, we spawn Orbs of Power through Firepower (grenade kills) and Harmonic Siphon (Void weapon multikills). Barricade casts will automatically pick up these orbs through Powerful Attraction.
Since we throw so many grenades, we use Ashes to Assets to quickly charge our Super. The rest of the mods are down to preference, but we highly recommend using Solar Loader with Conditional Finality. This causes the Shotgun to passively reload both shots while holstered, allowing you to quickly swap to it for a quick burst of damage.
You’ll want to grab every Void perk this season. Unto the Breach lets you spawn Void Breaches by defeating debuffed targets. These Void Breaches will grant a Void Overshield and buff your next attack with Weaken through the Protective Breach and Supernova perks, respectively. The rest of your Artifact points should go towards mod discounts and Overcharge buffs.

Behemoth is your subclass, granting access to various Aspects, Fragments, and cold-themed abilities. Aspects and Fragments are covered below, but we’ll be focusing heavily on shattering Stasis crystals and gaining various benefits for doing so. Use Glacier Grenades.
Hoarfrost-Z was the last piece Behemoths needed to fulfill their fantasy as a walking fortress of shattering carnage. Your Barricade is replaced with a Glacier Grenade that grants the benefits of Rallying Barricade, also synergizing with Stasis Aspects and Fragments. With this Exotic, your Barricade can generate overshields, reduce grenade and melee cooldowns, and provide 40% damage resistance for just about every gunfight.
Weapons with Headstone work well with this build, taking full advantage of the Aspects and Fragments that you’ll be using. Eyasluna deserves a special mention for its ability to roll with Headstone and Unrelenting simultaneously. Use an explosive weapon in your loadout to easily break Stasis crystals.

For Aspects, we want as many Fragments as possible, so we’ll be using Tectonic Harvest and Diamond Lance. Tectonic Harvest, when paired with Whisper of Rime, makes you a juggernaut with near-constant overshields. Diamond Lance is a fun Aspect that lets your team jump in on the freezing and shattering mayhem you’ll be causing. If you don’t like Diamond Lance, replace it with Cryoclasm and drop Whisper of Conduction. This makes for a far more fast-paced setup that sacrifices utility for speed.
For Fragments, Fissures makes your Stasis crystals and frozen targets shatter for more damage over a wider AoE. Shards will lower your grenade cooldown when breaking crystals, something you’re always doing. Rime gives you healing and overshields for breaking crystals, something that’s the perfect match for Whisper of Chains’ 40% DR buff. The fifth Fragment slot is highly flexible. We use Conduction to automatically pick up Stasis Shards, but feel free to use Rending instead if you want an easier way of breaking Stasis crystals.

This setup gives us constant Armor Charge stacks through Orbs of Power and Stasis Shards. We make Stasis Shards grant Armor Charge through the Elemental Charge mod. This charge is doubled from Stacks on Stacks and is expended through Grenade Kickstart. Picking up an Orb of Power and a few Shards will give x4 Armor Charge (increased through Charged Up), refunding half of your grenade energy on use.
To help your team, this build also uses Heavy Ammo Finder and Heavy Ammo Scout to create Heavy Ammo bricks for your entire team when you kill enough enemies. This works best with Exotic Primaries, pairing nicely with Wicked Implement or any other Exotic Primary. For Orbs of Power, we use Harmonic Siphon and Reaper. The rest of your mods should boost survivability and ammo economy.
No Stasis perks are present this season, so focus on taking mod discounts and any Overcharge bonuses.

This build uses Shackle Grenades, Frenzied Blade, and Towering Barricade. The only ability that matters here is the Shackle Grenade, allowing you to suspend targets caught in the blast radius. This will activate Woven Mail thanks to Abeyant Leap. The Barricade you choose doesn’t matter, but we recommend Towering for its defensive properties.
Aspects include Into the Fray and Drengr’s Lash. Into the Fray helps restore melee energy while you have Woven Mail. You’ll also have a way of giving your team Woven Mail by detonating Tangles. Drengr’s Lash is core to this build, allowing your Barricade to release a wave of Strand energy that suspends targets when created. Abeyant Leap augments this Aspect to release three waves that track far more aggressively.
Fragments buff your neutral game greatly. Thread of Mind refunds Barricade energy by defeating suspended targets, giving you effectively 100% uptime on Barricade suspend and Woven Mail. For moments where your Barricade is recharging and you need to stay alive, we use Thread of Warding to give you another way of proccing Woven Mail. Thread of Generation makes your Shackle Grenades recharge much faster, and Continuity extends the duration of suspend. Feel free to replace Warding with another Fragment.

Strand Soldier lets you buff all Strand guns with Unraveling Rounds while Woven Mail is active, and Squad Goals lets you share Woven Mail with your allies by performing finishers. Few builds in Destiny 2 have this degree of ability spam. Striker Titan has access to some of Destiny 2’s strongest abilities, notably Touch of Thunder grenades. Heart of Inmost Light was made for Striker Titan. Using any ability will empower your other abilities, increasing their damage and cooldown speed. Alternating all of your abilities will give you Pulse Grenades that deal as much DPS as most Supers, and your melee will easily one-shot most enemies.
No weapon is needed for this build to work, so use anything you like. Any weapons that buff your ability uptime will work great here. Monte Carlo, Traveler’s Chosen, and weapons with Demolitionist are good options.

This build uses Pulse Grenades, Thruster, the Thundercrash Super, and your choice of melee. Pulse Grenades are absurdly good with this build, dealing as much damage as most DPS Supers while spawning a handful of Ionic Traces. Your melee ability is up to you; all three of them are great. Thruster lets you trigger Heart of Inmost Light by dashing, and the Thundercrash Super is great for quickly killing majors or a stunned Champion.
Aspects include Knockout and Touch of Thunder. Knockout gives you a means of restoring your HP, and Touch of Thunder makes your Storm Grenades roam around the battlefield, drastically improving their overall DPS.
Fragments buff your ability damage and uptime. Shock makes your Pulse Grenade inflict Jolt, releasing chain lightning when that target takes damage. We then use Ions to spawn an Ionic Trace when that Jolted target dies, restoring a large chunk of ability energy. Resistance gives you some DR while surrounded, and Magnitude makes your Pulse Grenades last longer to further improve their Ionic Trace generation. If you want more Ionic Trace sources, replace Spark of Magnitude with Spark of Discharge.

Even with HOIL’s nerf in Lightfall, it’s still more than possible to maintain x2 Empower stacks by building around Thruster dash uptime. To do this, we’ll need to use Utility Kickstart and gain Armor Charge stacks. We can get Armor Charge by picking up Orbs of Power generated through Reaper, Firepower, and Harmonic Siphon. We also gain Armor Charge from Ionic Traces through Elemental Charge, all of which we gain from Pulse Grenade damage.
As an added safety net, we also have Bolstering Detonation and Focusing Strike equipped to ensure our Thruster is always getting its cooldown reduced. If you find picking up orbs to be tedious, drop one Reaper mod for another Powerful Attraction copy.
Since Striker doesn’t have any good healing sources, we’ll be using Recuperation in the leg slot to gain a massive chunk of HP from picking up an Orb of Power. Paired with the regeneration from Knockout melee kills, you should be able to stay alive in hectic situations. The only other mods worth mentioning here are Ashes to Assets and Dynamo. Ashes grants Super energy from grenade kills, and Dynamo grants Super energy from dodging near enemies. This makes Thundercrash recharge absurdly fast.
This season’s Arc perks are fantastic for this build. Thunderous Retort buffs Thundercrash while we’re Amplified, which has now been buffed to last longer and grant DR through Amped Up and Electric Armor, respectively. Shock and Awe lets your Arc kills detonate targets in a Jolting blast, and Lightning Strikes Twice further improves grenade cooldowns.
