The Twitter account for Dark Horse Comics has retweeted the developer’s post and added a simple sentence: «Tomorrow. 👀» This heavily suggests the company is involved with the announcement.
With main character Selene featured in the original post Housemarque put out, combining information from both tweets would suggest the two firms have a comic book that continues the story of Selene beyond the events of the PS5 game.
